During my stay, I enjoyed the heartfelt warmth from the staff, especially Harun and Ali. Their genuine care truly made the experience memorable. The room was comfortable and the location was ideal for exploring the city's wonders.

Great location for exploring the city.

I had a frustrating experience with the room size. The pictures online did not match our Family Room. it was cramped and congested. My kids were genuinely upset upon seeing how little space there was to move around, and we were told there were no alternatives available for us to switch.
